This policy explains information handling associated with luckysomewhere.com and www.luckysomewhere.com, operated under the Lucky Somewhere brand. Etsy and Redbubble have separate privacy policies for their own services.
Information on this website
This website is a browsing catalog. It has no customer accounts, checkout, newsletter signup, or contact form. We do not ask you to enter payment details or a shipping address here. We have not added advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or marketing cookies to the website.
Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error logs. This information supports website delivery, reliability, and protection against abuse. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare delivery infrastructure. Their processing may also be governed by their own policies.
When you shop or contact us
Clicking an Etsy or Redbubble link opens that platform. It may receive technical information from your browser and collect information under its own privacy policy. Purchases and payments are processed there.
If you contact Lucky Somewhere or purchase from our Etsy shop, we may receive information the platform makes available to sellers, such as your username, contact details, message content, and order details. The information provided depends on the platform and transaction. This website does not collect your full payment-card details.
How information is used and shared
Information received through customer communications or orders is used to answer questions, provide purchased products and support, address disputes, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Information may be shared with service providers as needed for those purposes, with authorities when legally required, or to protect lawful rights. We do not sell customer information or use it for unsolicited marketing.
Cookies and browser choices
We have not added marketing cookies or browser-storage features to this catalog. Hosting providers may use technologies needed for delivery or security. Etsy and Redbubble may use cookies and similar technologies when you visit their platforms. You can manage cookies in your browser and use the privacy settings offered by each platform; some settings may affect functionality.
Retention and security
Customer messages and order information are retained only as needed for support, records, disputes, and legal obligations, subject to the platform’s own retention practices. Infrastructure logs are subject to the relevant provider’s retention practices. We use reasonable care when handling information available to us, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may contact Lucky Somewhere through Etsy to ask about, access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; we may need to verify a request and retain records where legally necessary. For information controlled by Etsy or Redbubble, use that platform’s privacy-request process. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where the platforms and service providers operate.

This catalog is intended for a general audience, not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Lucky Somewhere, contact us so we can address it.
